Order Cancellation & Refund Request Form


This is an official request to cancel your custom pen order and receive a full refund of your deposit. This is only for those orders that have been past due of the estimated 12 month wait time. Please only fill out this form if you are formally requesting a refund. This will cancel your order and remove you from the production queue.

Refunds will be made via PayPal only. This ensures transaction security for both me and you. In the email space available below please enter your email associated with your PayPal account.

If you do not wish to cancel your order please do not fill out the form. I am working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Because of how behind I am it is very difficult to answer any questions about how long it will take for any specific order. Please know that a couple weeks prior to your turn coming up I will be in touch via email to go over all the order details. This will be the time to make any changes to materials, nibs, addresses, etc.
