Shipping & Delivery
All shipments will be made via USPS priority flat rate packaging. All purchases will ship within 2 business days. Packages will be well protected and guaranteed to arrive safe. If any product is damaged during shipping please forward a picture showing the damage and we will provide a label for returned shipping. Once we receive your purchase we will take the necessary action to either repair or replace your order. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs (ex. signature required, extra insurance, etc.). All tracking information will be sent via email.
 
We are happy to ship our products worldwide. However, due to certain restrictions we ask that any purchases made outside of the US please send an email prior to purchase with their shipping address. That way we can give a proper shipping quote as well as make sure there are no shipping restrictions on your area.
Privacy & Security
Any information provided to Carolina Pen Company is used only for order fulfillment and occasional communications from us to our customers.  We will never provide your information to any outside party without your express concent.
Returns & Replacements
Carolina Pen Company stands behind their products. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item to me within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund less the return shipping fee. We never want you to feel "stuck" with your purchase. If you ever have any issue or concern please contact us so we can help you. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. If at any time you have an issue with your purchse that is not caused by obvious neglect, please contact us to discuss the issue. Normal wear and tear is to be expected over the life of your pen. If your pen becomes damaged, depending on the circumstances, we will do what we can to repair or replace. There could be a fee for repairs or replacement parts if the damaged is not caused by manufacturer defect.
Custom Orders
We love to make bespoke pens. The possibilities are endless when it comes to what we can do for you. If you would like more information on making a custom order please contact us with your ideas.
All custom order sales will be final. We do our best to work with you to create exactly what you are looking for. All custom orders will have images of the final product sent prior to shipping for approval.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is expected in full prior to shipping your purchase.  No products will be shipped before payment is received for any reason.  Custom design orders required 50% non-refundable payment at the time the order is placed.  The remaining 50% is due at the time the order is completed and ready for shipping.
